If you’ve already opened an account with us you can then expect an SMS sent to your registered mobile phone number containing a code to reset your password.

If the above does not resolve the matter, please contact Customer Support for more assistance. We advise you to do this before opening any further accounts to avoid the risk of violating our terms and conditions.
