Under no circumstances is it allowed to make payments or withdrawals using a third party’s account.

The name of the Spinz account must match the account holder requesting the payment. If there are discrepancies between the two, they will be flagged for our attention, and in extreme cases, they may cause your account to be suspended temporarily while we conduct an investigation.

Should you be unable to make payments using your own personal payment methods, we encourage you to contact Customer Support for guidance.
